A plan known by all is a plan that works.
Train
- Make the plan and mission sheets known
- Train on-call staff and the command post
- Raise awareness across all services
Keep knowledge of the plan current
- Hand over mission sheets at every change of post
- Keep the crisis directory and deputies up to date
- Inform local partners: fire service, schools, charities
